What's the difference between The Studio and The Archives?
The Studio will offer the current week's content. The entire week will post on Sunday so that you can plan out your week ahead of time, download all images, and have time to customize graphics using the Canva links. Flash Sales for the current week will also be posted here. The Archives will house all content form past weeks. Every Sunday the previous week will be added to The Archives and the new week will post in The Studio!
How do I save the images in the posts?
You can save images 1 of 3 ways! Option 1: If on mobile, hold your finger on an image and click "Add to Photos". If on computer, simply click and drag images to your desktop. Option 2: Download the entire zip file from the "Downloads" section. It will save to the "Files" section of your phone! Can't find your files? Search for it in your apps directory. Option 3: If there's a Canva template link option, you may click that to have the ability to customize the images before saving them from Canva itself!
How do I customize the graphics in Canva?
Canva has a TON of great tutorials on their website to teach you! Log into your Canva account and click the "Learn" tab at the top to watch quick tutorials on a bunch of different features. Here's a great one to start learning basics: CLICK HERE TO WATCH
Where do I find content for another country?
We post Flash Sale content for US in English and Spanish, as well as for Canada, Australia, and Spain. All Flash Sale content will go live in our "Flash Sale" category in The Studio as soon as it's made, after the promo drops. After the sale is over it will be moved to The Archives into its respective country tab. We will also provide content if a country has a separate promo, incentive, or product launch, and this will be found in the country's Archive tab as well.
I started with a 1 month trial but want to subscribe monthly, how do I do that?
Click the "Subscribe" tab at the top of the website after you've logged into your account and choose the "Monthly Subscription" option.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your desktop, log into your account and click on your circle Avatar icon (this is a gray and black person if you never added your photo). Then click "Settings" from the drop down menu, and then "Billing Info" in the top right corner. Click the cancel option in blue next to your subscription to cancel.
